We use dynamics CRM 2015 (on –premise). there is problem when we try to import any solution that contains the lead. For example when we try to edit lead ribbon in ribbon workbench we get the error like “An item with the same key has already been added.” For finding the reason I tried to export and then re import solution that contains some custom entity without any change so it worked fine, then I did the same for solution that contains only lead entity During import the lead entity we get the same error like “An item with the same key has already been added.” In XML log. I tried to find the field that cause to problem so i understood that when i removed “ownerid” and the related relation from customization XML the problem solves.I think the metadata has corrupted (maybe during migration from 2011 to 2015 or unsupported data manipulation in the past). Am I right? Is there any supported or unsupported way to correct metadata in CRM database?
