Post button grayed out in AP batch post.

Only one Batch.

Not in batch recovery.
Two transactions where the user entered a transaction and printed a cheque.
Thought maybe she saved the transactions without printing the cheque but in testing I was still able to post a batch with those types of transactions.
 
Any ideas why that would happen?
