You could try looking at Cobalt IQ.

You can also create a marketing list of all leads. Then when adding members use the "remove" option to remove those in a marketing list. This isn't a view but would give you a list of leads not in marketing lists.

Left outer join is an answer for you. Here is an article that describes solution for scenario that is similar to yours - www.powerobjects.com/.../perform-left-join-fetchxml-display-results-crm-2013
Unfortunately, "Not in" isn't a thing Advanced Find can do. The easiest way I have found to sort this out is to export a list of all Leads, then to an Advanced find of all Leads related to a Marketing list, and then do a comparison of the two spreadsheets. The differences are the leads not in a marketing list.
