Period Journal not available

After the upgrade the Periodic Journal is not working. Every time i try to copy it says not available to use. I have tried creating new saved Period Journal and its the same Error. Can you pleasehelp

Hi Praveens,

This is a known error of the KB 4556580, and there is a temporary way to resolve this error.

"If the user trying to retrieve the periodic journal isn't assigned to a User group, this error will be thrown. The bug is that user are not required to be part of a user group, so this will be fixed and will not be required any more.

Until the bug fix is available, an organization can work around the issue by creating a 'dummy' user group and assign all users to the user group. Any users that are part of a valid user group would not need to be added to this dummy user group. After the fix is available, the dummy user group can be removed."
