When am trying to create Work Order from the maintenance request i find this issue any one can help although there is no field with this name.

also its internal maintenance not for a specific customer.

Hi,
I was able to successfully create the work order in my test environment, and I checked on the maintenance request page for those hyperlinks to see if this correlation field existed, but it turned out that it didn't exist either. You can check out this old thread and check if this is the cause. Work Order from a maintenance request ( Asset Management Module ) (dynamics.com)
