Adding contacts to marketing list / Owner problem?

Hello,

I have trouble using the marketing lists: I want to create marketing lists whose members are contacts that belong to my whole organization, not to the user creating the marketing list. Is that possible?

When I add such a contact to a marketing list, it does not appear in the members list.

You mean it's a static list and even you just add any member it does not show in member list?

Can you check below two things:

1. Check the user viewing the list has the right to read the contact record added

2. Check if you have any filters in the view used in members grid

Are you talking about the filter criteria that I use to add contact to the marketing list?

I didn't mention it is a static marketing list.

I have the feeling the criteria I use does not matter (I tried a few of them using information about the contacts): even if I add a single member whose owner is the organization, it does not appear in the member list.
