Need to update owner of NAV 2017

Seaching for ideas how to overcome the challenge we face where the "owner" of NAV 2017 has left the company on poor terms. Despite being a MS Office Global Admin and a Super User in NAV, I am unable to modify this person's account (disable, reset password, etc.). How can I take over the role that this account has to ensure I am the new "owner" of NAV 2017?

    You can have a look at this article. This explains how you can add a user in NAV if you have access to the SQL server.

    Hi, Although this is not a good way, you can clear all users, and then the first time the user access NAV2017 will be the Super user.

    Delete all User:
