Hello, I am interested if Dynamics has the possibility to classify data sources into trusted and untrusted. Currently I am running Dynamics 365 on cloud, but information about any version would be appreciated.

There is no such feature in Dynamics 365 by now. You could submit an idea to progress this feature here:
