    Hi Neha,

I am not sure if you are using CRM Online or On Premise, but Process Dialogs have been deprecated will be removed by December 1, 2020.

    Please see the post below:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../important-changes-coming

You should consider using alternatives (possibly Canvas Apps), Microsoft Flow, or even third party dialogs such as tkdialogs.

If you are still planning to use the using the On-Premise version of CRM and would still like to use this, I would suggest taking a look at your query. It seems like your conditions might be off. You can share your actual query. Possibly if you have Grouping remove the grouping in your case, as it might not be necessary.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello Neha,

You are using AND operator in "If" condition so, it means that dialog /workflow won't trigger until all fields mentioned in IF conditions doesn't contain any data. For example - If one of field doesn't contains data but another field does, it won't trigger at all.

However, if you would like to get the dialog / workflow trigger, if any one of the field does not contain data then you would need to use "OR" operator here instead of AND.

You would need to deactivate the workflow and click on the IF condition -

Now select all the filter conditions and click on "Group OR" option from ribbon. Here is an example -

    1. Click on "select row" for each conditions

    2. Now, click on "Group or" and save & close -

RE: Check condition in dialog for multiple fields not working

I created a CRM 2013 (6.0.2) lab and was able to reproduce the issue and don't see the Group OR option either and after researching, I found that Group OR feature was introduced in CRM 2013 SP1 and after installing it on CRM server, I was able to see the grouping options so, you would need to upgrade to CRM 2013 SP1 in order to see the Group OR option and use it in workflow.

If you don't wish to upgrade to SP1 then, using conditional branching is the only way to achieve this conditional logic and you can find an example in this blog - https://crmmatthew.com/2014/06/10/or-statement-workflows-in-crm-2013-spring-wave-new-functionality/
