Missing Reply button on E-mail form

Hi guys,

I have a user who doesn't always have a reply button on the e-mail form. He's opening an existing mail, so he's not creating a new one.

Anyone any idea why the Reply button is being hidden?

There are no customisations on the buttons (Reply, Reply All)

Grts,

Roel

    Hi Roel,

Please check the security role assign for the user who doesn't able to reply for the email

Hi, he only has this problem on some occasions. In other mails it works fine.

Other users with the same security roles have no problems...

Ok, I found out that this was the case when he opened a mail in Draft status. In this case the Reply buttons are hidden...

Figured this out by using Ribbon Workbench and customise the buttons and then it revealed the Hide commands...
