How to hide Entity forms in custom app?

I am new to Dynamics 365 so I need guidance from you experts.

We have 5 Custom Apps. All has Lead entity on it. Lead entity has 4 entity forms.

In Custom App 1, user should not be able to see all the Lead entity forms, just two of it.

How can I hide other Lead forms in that entity within Custom App 1?  Will other apps be affected?

Thanks.

    Hello Katie,

I hope you are doing well.

Check this official documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/add-edit-app-components#add-entity-assets-forms-views-charts-or-dashboards. On it you can use App Designer to select entities that needs to include on app and choose forms, views and charts related it.

Let me know if something else is need.

    1. How to publish the app? I can't see an option to publish it?

    2. Do I need to add it in Default solution? I updated the DEV environment but this needs to go to PRD so how can I do that?

    Thanks

    Hello Katie,

To publish the App, using AppDesigner has a button named 'Publish'. See this official documentation docs.microsoft.com/.../publish-an-app.

To move this app between environments, you can use a new solution. To do it, check these documentations below:

    - docs.microsoft.com/.../solutions-overview

    - docs.microsoft.com/.../create-solution

    Kind Regards,
