Hello,

I have an opportunity table with its fields.
One of its field is client, I want to join it to the firm table
“firm name“ field. I want to be able to then select the records based on criteria’s set from both tables (the result is a view in advanced find).

this view I want to assign these records to another user.

How can I join from one table to another base on a similar field from table A and another similar field from table B in advanced find ?

    Hi Johnseito,

After opening Advanced Find and selecting 'Look for' as Opportunities, first select the filter criteria for the fields of Opportunity.

The top part under 'Fields' is fields that belongs to the current entity (Opportunity), so select the fields that participate in the filtering.

After selecting the filter for the current entity, we need to select the filter for the related entity.

First select related entity. The lower part that under 'Related' is related entities.

After selecting the related entity, click the filter below it, and you will see the fields of the related entity and its related entities.

Then we can add fields of related entities as filters. In this way, we filter Opportunity records based on the conditions form both tables.

    Hi Partner,

If there's an existing relationship between these 2 entities then you can retrieve the information from both the tables.

For Example: Lets take Advance find starting with an Opportunity Entity,  if go to the bottom of the drop down list when specifying the field to use as criteria, you will see "Related" and under it is the other entities that are related to opportunity Such as Firm Table in this scenario.

From here you could specify the search and retrieve the related opportunities.
