I have been given access on our CRM On Premises, Need help to setup the Structure as we are a food processing Industry and need to migrate all Sales and Marketing Team to CRM from the existing Manual job and a third party Counterpoint ERP system where in data is fed in Manually .
Please help me create the Parent Child entities and add the Security Roles and Responsibilities a Brief of the current workflow so that you could guide me how to go about and progress further while I explore and learn a whole life cycle process.
General Manager >Myself With full Access >Sales Team1 > Sales Team2 > Sales Team3 >Sales Team4 > all different segments reporting to GM Each Sales team has a AGM followed by theirs respective Sales Supervisors and Salesmen.
My role would be the key point of contact to follow up on all Sales activities and maintain the Customer Relationship reporting to my GM.
Please help me and support me complete this project successfully .
