Dear All,
There are two legal entities in my environment both are retail oriented. In one legal entity 'view reports' option showing the various available default reports on MPOS client whereas the MPOS relating to other legal entity doesn't showing the default reports available under view reports.
I checked the setup under 'Retail channel reports configuration' permission groups are attached and same attached with the workers under POS permission tab in workers card.
what i am missing ???
