i want to implement custom computer telephony integration(CTI) in dynamic crm 2016 on premisis.
how i will develo CTI and then integrate with CRM 2016 .
any help or suggestion will be appriciated , thanks in advance.

it is third party , can we develop our own CTI ?
If you are open to using Knowlarity for CTI, then it can be done. Please see the steps for integration in the below video. We had done the CTI integration with Dynamics CRM 2016.
