In CRM record creation or updating
when creating or updating a contract, the creator or updater person receives an email,
wher can I access this email to modify or even delete it?

If you are getting an email when the record is being created / updated then that is not out of the box functionality so the email must be being created and sent by either a workflow or a plugin. I suspect it won't be being sent via a plugin so if you go to Settings -> Processes you will probably see a workflow or workflows against the (primary) entity. Open the workflow and you can see what the workflow is doing and either edit the email or delete the process...
thank you Ben,
i found some workflows related to the same primary entry, i could follow its steps to understand what is it doing, but still couldnt figure our where is that email body .
in some steps it says send an email to so and so, but it doesn't show the email content itself
If you open the step up it should show you who the email is being sent to alongside the content of the mail.
but if you just don't want the emails being sent out you could simply delete the step from the workflow...
Dear Ben,
i found the email itself in the Settings-->> Notifacation Templates,
is there is a way to know in which workflow(s) this email being used?
