Located in the PowerApps Portal (Customer Self Service Portal) when you choose to Open a Case, there is a drop down for 'Case Type'. The options for selection are Question, Problem, Request.
How can I modify these drop down selections to just 'Suggestions', 'Problems'?

Casetypecode is OOB field on Case Entity. You can modify the values by going to Settings->Customization->Customize the system->Entity->Case->Fields->Case Type-> Update your values ->Save & Publish
casetypecode Edm.Int32
Select the type of case to identify the incident for use in case routing and analysis.
Display Name: Case Type

Thanks Bipin Kumar . I appreciate your time and effort in answering this. In Power Apps, we chose Default Solution -> Objects and then Case, under Tables, We chose Case Type. Once you click on the elipsis, you then get a right-side fly-out with options to modify the drop down values- Graphic below. Thanks again.
