How to create Marketing Email Trails in Customer Journey?

Hi.

I am particularly new to D365 Marketing. So, I have explored a lot and couldn't find anything that could allow us to send marketing emails in a single thread using the customer journey. Every different block for "send an email" action would rather send a different instead.

Is there any way to achieve this?

I don't quite understand the description of your problem.

Please describe it more clearly, or you can attach some screenshots to illustrate it.

Hi.

My problem is that when I create customer journey, the marketing emails go in different email threads but I want it to go in the same thread. Is there a way to process that?
