I have a Scenario where business is expecting to have a one pick work for each license plate that was stocked.
Scenario: We have multiple license plates of the same product in the same location from the same Batch with different Quantities on each LP. There is no unit conversion on the product to the pallets, They are raw materials simply stocked in KG/Pounds/Gallons. When we release Either of Transfer Pick/ Raw Materials Pick / Sales pick for these Items It will not break the work by License plate Despite I Setup work header break by LP or Located LP. It calls the full Qty of the product from the same location to a single work header (Total of All LPs to one LP). How can we get around this ?
Tried following Work order Breaks setups :
- Work breaks per LP/Located LP
- Maximum Pick lines set to – 1 .
Any Solution will be appreciated.
