IC Dimensions sync automatically

Hello,
 
I would like 3 different companies (on the same environment on the same Tenant) to /share/ an IC Dimension mapped to a dimension in each company.
 
In each company, the dimension is identical, with exact same dimension values.
 
What I want is that when a dimension value is added/modified/deleted in a company, then the IC dimension automatically sync with the dimension, and the others companies own dimension mapped to the IC dimension sync automatically as well.
 
I know I can do that by clicking an action in the IC dimension page, but is there a way to automatically do this in Business Central out of the box ? Or do I have to do some customization ?

    Hi, if you are using the latest version of BC, I think you can try the following new feature.
    Set up and sync master data across companies (Master data management)

    Did you get this figured out?  I'm trying to accomplish the same thing, but haven't come up with a solution.
     
    I'm using a shortcut dimension for vendor.  I've installed an app that automatically adds/modifies a dimension value in my vendor dimension whenever a vendor is added or modified.  Then, I've used synchronization to add the dimension value to an intercompany partner.  This allows me to post intercompany transactions via purchase invoices from the parent to subsidiary company and see the vendor info at the general ledger.  However, we add new vendors all the time and I'd like to automate the creation of the intercompany dimension and intercompany dimension mapping for both companies.
     
    I think you're question was the same as mine, how do I automate the steps of adding the intercompany dimension and setting up the mapping.
