Microsoft Dynamics CRM : Customer interface

Hi,

We are going to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (on-premises).

We already explore case management, one problem we are facing on customer interface.

Would we please help us, in which way customer will create case and assign to us for resolve cases?

    Do you mean a portal which customer can visit and fill up details and a case should be created against it , which in crm can be worked upon?

    Hi Shariful,

    You need to create separate web form and you can host on your iis for customer to submit the case. Pls follow the below link for sample code to achieve.

    As you want to give access to your customer you need to develop a custom website or need to use existing portal solution from market where you can expose your CRM data for customer and customer create case there, further you can have logic in CRM or in portal itself to assign those cases to respective team members.
