Open a page and jump straight to a specific system view.

Searched high and low for an answer to this. Even ChatGPT couldnt help me.

Maybe it cant be done as easily as I thought. In Job Planning lines, I have created (via AL, attached to the relevant rolecenter) a bunch of shared views for our users to use. They're more than just filters - some columns are hidden, some columns are re-arranged, column widths are also modified.

My question is : How can I open up this page, from the parent job card for example, and immediately open it in one of these views.

Is there a setting I need to declare before Page.Run ? Or do I really need to copy/paste all the view settings into procedure that calls up the page ?

Thank you for thinking about this.....This should be easy no ?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, we can't do that as of now.

We can only add the same filter in the OnOpenPage trigger to open the page. But obviously this is not the best solution.

You can submit a new idea, and as long as it reaches a certain number of votes, Microsoft will consider adding it to the next major version.
