Lead Capture Through Embedded Web Forms

Hello Everyone,

I just started working with Dynamics Sales Enterprise, and I am trying to create a form to get leads from our website into Dynamics Sales, and also to create automation (email responses). Unfortunately, everywhere I look, I only see a Dynamics Marketing form, none on sales. Also, when I use Microsoft forms, it throws up an error about collecting personal information and thus disables the form.

Does anyone know a free or cost-effective alternative for this form and implementation?

Hello,

Hope you are doing good.

Yes What you read is Correct, only Marketing forms we can do the same.

If you are okay with Microsoft Forms, yes we can do it.

Steps to Follow

1. Create a Microsoft Forms

2. Create a Microsoft Flow Against that Microsoft Forms

3. Create a Lead.

That's it :)

I did use Microsoft Forms, but I got the errors below, one is from the form on 365, and the other is from the web page:
