December update was recently completed for our DYNAMICS 365 mobile app. A custom dashboard that is being shared with the entire sales team is available on the Updated 365 CRM web version but not the mobile app. This applies to all users except myself (the admin who created the dashboard). In other words, I am able to access this custom dashboard on both mobile and desktop versions. The people I am sharing the dashboard with can only access it on the desktop, not mobile.
I have already enabled mobile access for all to see this dash on the mobile app. I get an "ERROR" message with a long code that seems to vary with each rep that gets the error.
Any ideas how to make this DASHBOARD available for all to use on the MOBILE app instead of just myself?
