Hi!
I have a user that by all accounts should be able to access to the Sales Hub application. I come to that conclusion because:
1. User has Sales Enteprise license
2. User has Sales Enterprise App Access role in the Environment.
3. User diagnostics showing everything is green
4. App checker tool is showing everything user has access
Yet despite all that the app is NOT showing up in the user's MS 365 launcher.
When the user goes directly to the Sales Hub link this is the result.
