Hi there,

I am a CRM new player, and have a question is about SQL database sizing. I wondered if there is any way to estimate the requirements for your database, anticipate capacity for growth, and plan disk requirements without any mail or files. because I will use SharePoint to storage my files and email.

Thanks

    Hello,

    Thanks for using the communities.

The On Premise version of Dynamics CRM does not have any built in tooling to monitor and report against database size and table sizes. For this, I would recommend looking into something that can report against table size growth and database growth from a SQL perspective.  For instance, the following is an example of using SSRS to capture table growth:

I am sure there are other ways to get about this as well, but I believe all of those approaches would be from the SQL side.

    Thanks,
