Smartlist data connection - Recevings Line Items

HI,

I am working on a smartlist report and I want to use the GP 'Recevings Line Items' data connection as my source table.

But the smartlist report didn't show any data. I have checked the GP default Recevings Line Items smartlist, and it does have data.

And i also tested other data connection such Account Transaction, Customers and they all work.

Could this be a bug of data connection object?

I am testing it on GP2010

Thanks,

Jim

    Hi Donnette,

The tables are from another database on my GP server and is not a GP company database.  The data comes partially from GP and our dealer portal, but not the same DB.   We have several users that can access the data, but it seems like I am missing something when the new users are setup.  I've checked all tasks, roles, SQL security, etc., etc.

Thanks for the link, but it doesn't seem to apply since the SL is already working for most users.

    Jim

I'm running GP2010 sp1 and no issues with SLB. I have seen this with SLB when bad joins existed or restrictions where present.

    What tables are you joining?

Here's a good post on how to trouble shoot SLB.
