Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook Recipients show previous email Recipients

Hi experts,

Our users find Dynamics 365 for Outlook to be stuck on an old mail when composing a new e-mail. When switching between different emails in Outlook Reading Pane, the Dynamics 365 add-in shows "Processing, please wait.." and shows Recipients from previous e-mail.

We have re-installed Dynamics 365 for Outlook with no success.

Any ideas what can be done to improve loading the correct Recipients?
