Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

CRM Lead and Oppty form in Outlook keeps minimizing. How can I prevent this?

Hello,

We have 1 user whose CRM Lead and Opportunity forms in Outlook automatically minimizes after he populates a field and clicks into another one.  He is the only one experiencing this issue and it only happens in his Lead and Opportunity form.
