Purchase order when invoiced, entries goes to subledger journal entries not yet transferred

Dear All,

While posting invoice through purchase order, entries goes to subledger journal entries not yet transferred. And after transfer the entry from "subledger journal entries not yet transferred" then only voucher entry come to that invoice posted.

It is required to post it directly, it should not go to subledger journal entries not yet transferred.

I have checked -> in general ledger parameters - batch transfer rules - Transfer mode - set to "Asynchronous".

    Hi Bijender,

    Are you in version 10.0.12?

Can you check the below feature us enabled in your system?

"Subledger transfer to General Ledger performance optimization"

If so, can you disable this feature and try?

If works, let us know, we can provide the solution while it is enabled.

    Hi,

    Sadly no.

For development box it takes some time because of the other factor such as tier

However for production it should not be more time.

If taking long time, you need to check if there are other heavy task is going on such as other batch jobs which is taking time.

More ever, if your transactions are there without manually sending, it is not a problem I feel.

I didn't think it used the batch interval anymore. Some time ago, it was changed to this "Transfer of the subledger accounting entries to the general ledger is scheduled immediately. The General ledger voucher will be recorded as soon as resources are available to process the request on the server." on our system the batch interval DOES see to be affecting the time it takes to post, which contradicts the above from docs. We are on 10.0.21

    Hi Bijender1234 ,

Check batch jobs if batch job "Create a scheduled task that will execute the batch transfer of subledger journal entries." is running with a recurrence that you want.

If the batch job does not exist for the company, you can run it from General ledger > Periodic task > Batch transfer for subledger journal in Batch with a recurrence for the company.
