I ran my FUTA/SUTA report for the end of the period. My system crashed before the data was posted to the General Ledger. Can I run these reports again without worrying about duplicate entries?

Rerun the Reports:
Generate the FUTA/SUTA reports again for the same period. Ensure that the system completes the process and posts the data successfully this time.

Audit the General Ledger:
After rerunning the reports, review the General Ledger to ensure that the entries are accurate and there are no duplicates.

Backup and Recovery:
To prevent similar issues in the future, consider implementing a backup and recovery plan for your system. This can help safeguard your data during crashes.
