Shift validation error - count mismatch

Hello.

I get the following error on some shifts:

"Mismatch in transaction count for 00002, terminal 0000201 and shift 24 and hence this shift is not marked in a statement. This shift contains 76 transactions while transactions uploaded contains 78. Please check the Shift tile to acknowledge this issue."

When I check in "Retail transaction" and filter for shift and terminal I get 79 transactions.

I don't understand this error message, why the mismatch occur and what to do about it.

Anyone got any tips?

You just need to acknowledge the error by clicking "Acknowledge error" button on "Shifts" page then try posting your statement.

Hi Andreas,

If you post statements by shift, then you could have an issue with offline transactions. This issue might happen if some transactions were posted by date and time.

If you are able to reproduce the issue and you have repro steps, please create a support ticket for us to investigate further.
