I installed GP2015R2 ESLA version, but when the users press F1, GP show the help in English. How I can get the spanish help from GP (ESLA).

What is the regional setting and non-unicode lanugage selected on the system. It should be spanish.
I fear that Microsoft didn't had the time to provide the translation for the ESLA version of GP2015R2... when you look at the User Manuals, most of them refer to GP2013... (almost 95%)... I wouldn't be surprised that the .chm Help files have not been translated in this release..
You may want to look at the Spanish DVD version of GP2013 and pick the .chm files to copy them over the existing ones of GP2015R2..

You suggestion works very well.
I copy the help files from GP2013R2 Spanish and create a new directory into the MS Dynamics GP and I change in dex.ini the line to refer to the help. Into the dex.ini file, something like : DynHelpPath=C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP2015\ManualesGP2013R2\
