Add All Existing Objects To TFS

I am somewhat new to Dynamics AX and I am trying to get a existing Dynamics AX instance setup with Team Foundation Server.  I can get it connected and setup correctly, but I am unsure of the best way to get the existing code and objects into TFS.  Is there a way that I can have it import all the existing code into TFS, or do I have to add it one project and/or object at a time?

As far as I know, you just need to create a project with all code to track (typically use Advanced Filter/Sort to generate a project with all objects from a specific layer), select all objects, then add them to VCS and check them in.

    Import the code into AX

Change the soucre control setting to TFS

Set the TFS url and branch folder

Import all the objects into AX

use ALT +A to select all of them

    Click add to version control

Go to Versions Control menu item in AX 2012 and click pending changes

click all and check in the code.

    HI,

just in addition to Martins post....

Please keep in mind that you have to do this for each layer you have objects in.

You can only add items, which are stored in the same as you are logged in, to the version control.

And, also notice, that an project is also an controlable object. So an project itself needs to be added to version control.
