Schedule email to be sent at a later time is not working

I have tried to schedule a time to send an email from dynamics 365 sales but when I select a time or day different from the one proposed and hit save it is not registered in the email. It only works with the proposal he make. A few days ago I did tests and it worked and today it's no longer working.

    In response to your question, we have conducted the following tests.
    1.Enable /Email Engagement/

    2. Write a test email and set the time to send it.

    System recommend 2:22PM and we can change it to other time.

    According to our test results, we did not reproduce your problem.
     
    Based on the information you provided, we speculate whether this is related to your recipient's email settings, such as the recipient not receiving emails during non-working hours.
    Of course, this is only our assumption, and we will need to take the time to verify this.
     
    In addition, we would like to ask you if you have any other information about this issue, and we would like to ask you to provide us with more information, which will help us to better find the cause of your problem.

    Good afternoon,
    We were doing tests and we realized that the problem was setting the hour. Sometimes he kept it correctly and sometimes he stayed as if he hadn't loaded it. We don't think it's because of non-working hours, it's just that sometimes it gets caught until you cool down.
