Hi everyone,

I need some help.

I have a posted payment need to cancel/reverse. However, encounter error message: You cannot reverse Vendor Ledger Entry No. 44 because the entry has an associated Realized Gain/Loss entry.

I have no idea how to cancel/reverse the payment.

Hi, this is a very old issue, as far as I know if you need automatic Undo, you need to write code for it.

The following is a BC Idea, I hope Microsoft can add this feature.

If you don't have a developer, you can create a Refund Payment Journals and apply it manually.
