Only for the appointment entity, it is not possible to create new forms.
Unhappily it is a natural behavior of Dynamics CRM to "Appointment" entity.

No, it is because Appointment is a special activity that MS restricts in many ways to make sure you don't break Outlook integration.
thank you for your response.i can create new principal form in the "Campaign activity" entity but i can't do the same with the "Appointment" entity.is it because of security role?
I believe that for this entity, it is not possible to create new forms. Only edit existing ones.
