Purchase Order Product Receipt late selection not generate product receipt journal

Hi,

I added the late selection option for Posting product receipt.(Procurement and sourcing/Periodic/Purchase order/ Product receipt) It works, the status is changed to "Received" for all the PO. The problem is that no Product receipt journal is generated. Can you help me with this issue?

HI Gabrielal,

You may want to open a support incident with Microsoft if you are still seeing this issue.

Some things to provide would be:

What is the product receipt for? (Registered quantity? Receive now quantity?)

What is the parameter set on the Product receipt form?

Have you checked the subledger journal entry not yet transferred form to ensure that nothing is pending there?

Please check what Ludwig suggested and see if from that form you are able to transfer the posted entries.

Also please check what is the batch transfer rule is selected in the GL parameter.

Please check with Microsoft too in case if it does not work.
