Planning run issue with multisource policies

Hello everyone,

I am facing a problem with the new feature „Source products and materials from multiple vendors using Planning Optimization“.

The planning optimization run takes a long time and runs into an error after about 45 minutes. The failure reason is unkown. This happens with the global and also with planning run of a single item.

After removing the product from the multisource policy assignments the planning optimization runs as usual.

Has anyone similar experiences or a solution to the problem?

Translated into english the error message is:

While the execution of the planning run an error occured. The technician team investigates the problem.

Hi Sander,

The error message in your screenshot does not appear to be in English, can you explain this error if it is convenient for you?
