Microsoft POS 2009 First Data Batch Issues

I have a customer running POS 2009, with First Data. About a month ago, almost once a week, they'll end up with a batch that wont settle. I have to go into the database to delete an entry from the PaymentAuthorization table that has something other than 0:Approved in the ResponseMessage field. I've seen it be Declined, and today it was Transaction Data not Valid.

Anyone see this issue before? I can fix it, but they lose the transaction (thankfully under 10 dollars each time so far) and not very happy about it recurring as often as it is now.

You need to move them off of First Data integration. Put them on the Vital/Tsys integration.

First Data is no longer supported as of a couple of years ago.
