Hi All,

We have paused the service update for tomorrow due to some reason, now we want to make it un-pause and continue to apply auto update from MS.

How we can achieve the above please advise.

Regards,

Akbar

    Hello,

Go to the project's setting on LCS Page. Click on Pause upcoming update.

You would see the updates (active/paused). Check the box to either pause, or bring back to Active.

What date is the update meant to be applied ?

    Hi Komi,

It was for tonight 1:30 AM.

I think we can apply manually from LCS, correct?

The service update will be loaded into Asset library.

Oh, so the time scheduled had passed, you have to apply it yourself.

The service update is already available on LCS. You would just go to the environment page -> Maintain , then you apply.

    Well,

"You can cancel a pause and resume updates only seven days or more before the start of the downtime date. If there is less than seven days before your downtime starts, you won't be able to cancel a pause." as seen on MS learn.

That explains the error. You have to apply the update yourself.

Thank you Komi for the info.
