Hello

How can I adjust a users permission to not access income statements or other financial statements, if they are not in the accounting department (or are not privy to this information)?

Hi Amanda,

You can exclude the G/L entry table from permission sets, by doing this user don't have rights to view the chart of accounts and it's related report.

Hi, you can use the Permission Exclusion feature.

PS: In the latest version, User Group will be replaced by Azure Active Directory security groups.
