Hi CRM Develope,
It seems you are missing some privileges. To resolve this try the following.
Navigate to Settings->Security->Security Roles
Open the Security Role which you have ,then select Business Management tab and check whether you have enough permissions for Mailbox entity if not please set permissions accordingly.
Also select the Service Management tab and check whether you have Record Creation and Update rule access if not please set that too.
