Subscription management page updating contact details

Hi,

If CRM updates automatically based on subscription page (as stated in another thread), does it follow which email address field it updates? If email is sent to 'preferred email address' instead of 'emailaddress1', will it update 'preferred email address' field? Thanks! -elisa

    Hello Elisak,

    A subscription center contains a form of type Subscription Center, it is a marketing form for which users create their own or customize the default form. Users can add any field from the contact entity they like, for example adding several email address fields for the main email, secondary email, private email, etc - depending on the use case of the customer.

    The audience opening their subscription center will find all their information and may update those if desired.
