Hey there,I am looking for an Insights View for Un-/Subscriptions on Marketing Lists / Subscriptions List, where I can see who bounce / unsubscribed.Specifically something like a list of "Unsubscribe Contacts" for example a Weekly Newsletter which has an Subscription Center. In which week did I have the most unsubscriptions. This means I need a Insight /Report of my List and not of my Customer Journeys.I couldnt find anything like that in the Subscription list nor at the Members. I found something like that in the insight of the Customer Journey, but there is no realy value in this KPI:Is there any feature / possibilities?
I know it's been more than a year since this question has been asked, but in the current version of the Marketing app, there's a much simpler way of getting this info now.
With the 'Add behavior block' function when creating a dynamic segment, you have the option to select "Marketing list unsubscribed".
You don't have to add any further filters.
This will now give you a list of Contacts who have unsubscribed from any of your subscription lists.
Very neat feature Microsoft!!!
Hi Joannis,
Could it work for you?

Yes, we need to customize these raw data into report or dashboard.
For approach 1, PowerBI is the only tool to get access to Insights data.
(Please check the section to know the reason that why PowerBI is required: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/custom-analytics#data-sources-for-custom-analytics)
For approach 2, we could create a chart based on Audit entity in Dynamics Marketing directly.
Thanks for those approaches!
Everything else has to be customized right? Like a dashboard view via PowerBI for a specific Newsletter and the informations who unsubscribed f.e.
You can see the history from two approaches:
1. We can see which subscription lists the contact joined or left, and when in Contact > Insights > Subscription list interactions.
Then you could create a Power BI report to filter contacts you want based on this interaction.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/custom-analytics
2. Enable auditing functionality in your system.
https://crmbook.powerobjects.com/crm-book-basics/data-management-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm/auditing-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm/
Then we can see cancelling subscription history of different contacts in audit view.
