
Hello,
After importing Crm 2011 organization to CRM 2013. All worked fine. After update SP1 And SP1 Rollup 1, root business unit members has started to have 404 error on login. But the other businessunit members dont have any problem.
I checked Eventviewer, opened CRM trace but i didnt find any error information.
I need your urgent suggestions please.

I have the same question (0)some suggestions:
if you tried trace and event viewer and you know some users are fine, try to check if there is some network or client machine issue with the users having problem.
Do they get 404 if they try to access from a machine that doesn't get 404
you can try to see run fiddler on the client machines with 404 to see how the authentication process rolls under the hood.
maybe browse version\setting or network setting

if nothing works it could be something like this (it happened for this 2011 rollup)
