I can fin the add button in the attachement subGrid on appoitement , Is it possible t add an attachement in mobile app ?

this feature is not available on CRM mobile
: Adding attachments to Notes—for Apple iPad users with Dynamics CRM on-premises .
So if your connecting Dynamics CRM on premise , you can't do this.
