Daniel,
There is no specific setup as to National Accounts except to provide the options in National Accounts Maintenance window available in Sales=>Cards=>National Accounts.
Now, What You need to do is select the customer in Parent ID and mark the options required as per your process and thereby select the Child customers belonging to this Parent Customer.
Once you are done with the above steps, Just go and Save the Record and you're done with Parent ID activation.
