Cancel Transaction Purpose?

Hi All, 

There's a POS operation "Cancel Transaction", the POS operation ID Is "3510". Any help shall be highly appreciated. 

As of now, I have initialized it on the transaction screen and it gives out an information message "Operation is not supported"

    Hi Usama Bin Mazhar,

    The operation you mentioned may be “3501”.

    Under normal circumstances, this operation can be invoked from POS button grids that are configured on the POS transaction screen.

    "Cancel Transaction" is a legacy operation that we have had for long time. I have never seen that working in Dynamics 365 Commerce nor in EPOS in AX 2012 R3. If you are expecting to cancel a transaction that has already been committed and printed. There is no option to cancel/void that transaction. The only option would be to return the transaction, redo if required.
