Problem with unposted transaction in MR

hi guys.

GP versions: 2015, MR version : MR2012 CU12

I have a problem with management reporter reports. btw I'm using data mart for my MR

everytime I pulled out a report from MR, there seems to be a difference between GP and MR.

then I try to figured out what's the cause. I found out its because there are some unposted GL that didn't generate to MR. That's make my reports didn't get correctly.

my question is, is it true that data mart didn't support unposted transaction? or you have any suggestion what should I do, so i can generate report correctly..

    Good Morning,

    My apologies if you've resolved this already.  When you open a Report Definition, the default tab should be "Report".  Within that tab, there is a drop down list for "Provisional".  Within this list you can specify if you want to encompass posted activity only, unposted activity only or both posted and unposted activity.

    Have you tried adjusting this setting?  If not, I would recommend trying that.

    no, we haven't resolve it.

    we've tried using provisional for posted and unposted.

    but it still appears the same.

    no unposting transaction list.

    we have to reconfigure our MR, but its bit tiring if every problem like this we must reconfigure over and over.
